浅草 木花之醸造所ツアーレポート
（Asakusa Konohanano Brewery Tour Report）
6月17日、香港で日本酒講師、日本酒インポーター・小売店を営むOliver Chan氏とタイアップし、浅草にある木花之醸造所での見学ツアーを実施しました。
On June 17th, we partnered with Mr. Oliver Chan, a sake instructor, sake importer and retailer in Hong Kong, to conduct a tour of Konohanano Brewery in Asakusa.
この日は、世界最大の日本酒イベントである「日本酒フェア」の開催に合わせ、50名以上が香港から訪日しており、そのうち20名がツアーに参加くださいました。
香港での日本酒熱は高く、今回参加された全員が、何らかの日本酒資格を保有されていたことに驚きました。
朝の9:30に集合し、木花之醸造所代表の細井様や、醸造長の木村様にお話を伺いながら、5種類のお酒の試飲を楽しんでいただきました。
香港も、東京のように土地が限られているので、広い醸造所を建設することは難しく、木花之醸造所のような都市型醸造施設への関心が高いとのこと。なんと、実際に香港で醸造施設をつくる予定だという参加者もいて、会場は朝から大盛り上がりを見せていました。
Oliver氏とは、今後も協業し、11月に数日間の酒蔵訪問ツアーを実施する予定です。感度の高い方と地域の架け橋になれることを、大変うれしく思っています。

On this day, more than 50 people from Hong Kong visited Japan in conjunction with the "Sake Fair", the world's largest sake event, and 20 of them participated in the tour.
Sake fever is high in Hong Kong, and I was surprised that everyone who participated this time had some sort of sake license.
We gathered at 9:30 in the morning and enjoyed tasting five types of sake while listening to Mr. Hosoi, the representative of Kobanano Brewery, and Mr. Kimura, the head brewer.
Hong Kong also has limited land like Tokyo, so it is difficult to build a large brewery, so there is a high interest in urban brewing facilities such as Kobana Brewery. Surprisingly, there was a participant who was actually planning to build a brewing facility in Hong Kong, and the venue was showing great excitement from the morning.
We plan to continue collaborating with Mr. Oliver and conduct a sake brewery tour for several days in November. I am very happy to be able to become a bridge between highly sensitive people and the region.
