We exhibited at the "Spirits of Japan" Japanese sake tasting event for officers and above and their families, held at the Butler Officers' Club at the Okinawa U.S. military base.

On August 26th, we exhibited at "Spirits of Japan," a Japanese sake tasting event for officers and above and their families, held at the Butler Officers' Club at the U.S. military base in Okinawa.

Currently, the alcohol supplied to U.S. military bases is mainly beer and wine, and it is often the case that military personnel return to their home country after completing their duties without ever knowing what sake, shochu, or awamori are.The current Spirits of Japan event was held to address this issue.

While promoting the sake tour to our customers, we introduced Hana Ichimonme Junmai Ginjo from Otone Sake Brewery in Gunma Prefecture, who will be cooperating with us on future tours.

Many customers said they didn't know what the alcohol would taste like so they asked for it to be poured a little at a time, but some also asked for seconds, saying that it was a gentler flavor than they had ever had before.

We hope that this event will encourage more guests to leave Okinawa and vacation throughout Japan, immersing themselves in Japanese culture, and we will continue to work hard to provide them with high-quality experiences.
