We cooperated with the "Sake Jump" guided tour and symposium

From September 13-17, we were very fortunate to cooperate with the sake tasting event "Sake Jump" with a guided tour and symposium, a new initiative.

Sake Jump is a sake event held since 2007, bringing together young sake brewers who will lead the sake industry in the future. This time, it was held at Otemachi Financial City.

This was apparently the first time that the symposium was held this year, but it was definitely something fans would drool over, as they were able to hear a discussion between some of today's most popular brewers, talk to them directly afterwards, and enjoy some drinks too.

I served as moderator for a panel discussion on the theme of "Women's active participation in sake brewing and nurturing future leaders," featuring Ms. Sagara of Sagara Sake Brewery, Ms. Yoshida of Yoshida Sake Brewery, Ms. Kama of Yachiyo Sake Brewery, and Ms. Miyake of Miyake Sake Brewery.

The guided tour was conducted by a guide we had invited, who took the guests to three recommended sake breweries in 30 minutes. The guides were well prepared and their enthusiasm was conveyed to the guests, which received a great response from the guests. We would like to expand the tour further in the future, including focusing on attracting inbound tourists.
