We planned and arranged a tour along the golden route from Tokyo to Kyoto to Osaka.
We hosted a VIP group from Malaysia, planning and providing a 10-day Golden Route tour for them.
We received requests such as a VIP tour of Disneyland, cultural experiences including sumo and tea ceremony, and a birthday party in a hotel room, and although we felt that it would be difficult to fulfil all the requests, we proceeded with the arrangements with the sole desire to ensure our customers' satisfaction.
We will start a multilingual concierge service for customers who need support during their trip. This service would be most helpful for travellers who need to make meal and activity reservations, or who need to change their itinerary in real time.
