Domestic​ Arranged travel/travel consultation transaction terms and conditions statement

(Explanatory document for travel conditions in accordance with Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act)
This document will be part of the contract document when the travel contract (including travel consultation) is concluded.
At our company, we will undertake domestic travel arrangements or travel consultations at the request of our customers according to the conditions described in this "Terms and Conditions".
In addition, matters not described in this "Terms and Conditions" shall be governed by the Arranged Travel Contract Section and Travel Consultation Contract Section of our travel agency contract (hereinafter referred to as "our contract"). 1. Application fee and conclusion of contract
(1) When applying for a tour, we will request the necessary information and pay the application fee prescribed by our company. Due to the nature of our business, we may ask you to fill in the necessary information on a dedicated document or screen. The application fee will be treated as part of the money you pay to us, such as travel fees and cancellation fees.
When applying for travel consultation, please apply after filling out the necessary items on the application form prescribed by our company.
(2) The contract for the tour you apply for (arranged travel contract) will come into effect when our company "accepts" the conclusion of the contract and "accepts" the application fee. However, we may accept oral (telephone) applications for single arrangements such as train tickets and accommodation tickets. In this case, the contract will come into effect when we “accept” the conclusion of the contract. A travel consultation contract is concluded when our company "accepts" the conclusion of the contract and accepts the application form.
(3) Notwithstanding (2) above, in the following cases, the contract will be concluded without payment of the application fee.
(1) When a document to the effect that the contract is concluded is delivered to the customer without receiving payment of the application fee.
(2) When a document indicating the right to receive travel services is handed over in exchange for the travel fee by the date of travel departure. (The contract will be concluded when we accept the conclusion of the contract.)
(3) If payment by the credit card requested by the member cannot be made due to credit reasons, etc., the Company will cancel the communication contract and charge the cancellation fee shown in the attached table and the cancellation procedure fee below. However, this does not apply if the travel fee is paid in cash by the date specified separately by our company.


2. Application conditions
(1) Those who are in poor health, those who use wheelchairs or other equipment, those with physical or mental disabilities, those with food or animal allergies, those who are pregnant, or those who may be pregnant If you are traveling with an assistance dog for the disabled (seeing-eye dog, hearing dog, service dog), or if you require special consideration, please notify us at the time of application that special consideration will be required for participation. Please offer. (If you find yourself in any of these situations after the tour contract has been concluded, please notify us immediately.) We will inform you again, so please provide us with specific details of the measures that will be necessary during your trip.
(2) If we receive the request of the preceding item, we will respond to it within a possible and reasonable range. In this case, we may ask you about your situation and necessary measures, or request them in writing.
(3) If the customer is found to be a member of an organized crime group, affiliated with an organized crime group, or other anti-social forces, or has made violent or unreasonable demands, threatening words or actions, or has used violence against our company. We may refuse your application if you disseminate rumors, use fraudulent means or force to damage our credibility or interfere with our business.
(4) Persons under the age of 18 require parental consent.
(5) We may refuse your application for other business reasons.


3. Travel business handling fee
We are responsible for creating itineraries and quotations that we accept for your travel, arranging, changing, and canceling necessary reservations, and issuing and confirming coupons (reservations made by you are our responsibility. and issue a coupon), the following travel business handling fee will be charged.

1. The above travel service fees include consumption tax.
2. In the event that the customer decides to cancel the trip, whether before or after the delivery of the coupons, if the Company has completed part or all of the arrangements and consultations for the relevant trip, We will charge the relevant travel business handling fee.
3. Requests for changes and cancellations will be accepted only during the business hours of the shop where the application was made.
4.Transportation and lodging expenses for tour conductors and mediators will be charged separately.
5. The above charges do not include actual costs such as telephone charges, communication charges, and shipping charges. Actual communication costs may be charged separately.


4. Travel Fee
(1) The tour fee must be paid by the date specified by our company before the start of the tour. (If you have applied for the travel fee to be paid locally, you will be required to pay the accommodation facility at the time of check-in on the first day of your stay.)
(2) Even after the contract is concluded, if there is a change in the travel fee due to revisions in fares and charges of transportation and accommodation facilities, fluctuations in the exchange rate, or other reasons, the Company will not refund the travel fee. may change.


5. Cancellation of travel contract
(1) When the customer cancels the tour contract, the following fees will be charged.

6. Group/Group Arrangements
A travel contract applied for by multiple travelers traveling on the same itinerary at the same time (hereinafter referred to as "members") by appointing a responsible representative shall be handled as follows.
(1) Our company deems that the representative designated by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract Responsible Person”) has all agency authority regarding the conclusion of the travel contract for the member, We will conduct transactions, etc. related to this with the person responsible for the contract.
(2) Our company is not responsible for any debts or obligations that the person responsible for the contract currently has or is expected to have in the future.
(3) The person in charge of the contract shall submit a list of members by the date specified by our company after the conclusion of the contract. The person responsible for the contract shall obtain the consent of the Constructor himself/herself regarding the provision of information to a third party pursuant to Clause 9.
(4) If the person responsible for the contract does not accompany the group/group, the member appointed by the person responsible for the contract in advance will be deemed the person responsible for the contract after the start of the tour.
(5) If the person in charge of the contract requests a change of members, we will respond to this as much as possible. Any increase or decrease in travel expenses resulting from changes in members shall be attributed to the member.
(6) The customer will be responsible for the operation of the tour, but we will provide the tour service after receiving a prescribed tour service fee at the request of the person in charge of the contract. As a general rule, tour conductor services shall be the work necessary to conduct group activities on a pre-determined itinerary. The tour conductor will perform the relevant work under the direction of the person in charge of the contract. In principle, tour conductors work from 8:00 to 20:00.


7. Our liability and compensation for damages/disclaimer

In the course of fulfilling the travel contract, if our company or our arrangement agent causes damage to the customer intentionally or negligently, we will compensate for the damage. However, this is limited to cases where the claim is made within two years from the day following the occurrence of the damage. In addition, regarding damage caused to baggage, if you notify us within 14 days counting from the day after the damage occurred, the limit is 150,000 yen per traveler. (excluding cases of negligence) will be compensated.

For example, if the customer suffers damage due to the following reasons, we will not be responsible for the compensation described in the preceding paragraph.
A. Damage caused by natural disasters, wars, riots, orders from public offices, fires, suspension of services such as transportation and accommodation facilities.
B. Food poisoning
C. Damage caused intentionally or negligently by the customer
d.Damage due to other reasons beyond the control of our company or our agency.
(3) Your Responsibilities    
A. If our company suffers damage due to the customer's intention or negligence, we will receive compensation for damages from the customer.

If the customer commits an act that violates these terms, if the customer uses this website illegally or illegally, or if the customer determines that true and accurate data has not been entered, the customer will be notified in advance. We may cancel the relevant uncompleted reservation without prior notice and refuse the customer to use this website in the future. In addition, we do not bear any obligation to disclose the reason.
C. The customer is responsible for compensating for any damages (including the money borne by our company to the destination, etc.) incurred by our company as a result of the act in B. above.

(1) Our liability and disclaimer
•If we cause damage to the traveler intentionally or negligently in fulfilling the contract, we will compensate for the damage. However, this is limited to cases where notification is received within six months from the day following the occurrence.
•We do not guarantee that we can actually arrange the transportation and accommodation facilities listed in the travel plans we have prepared. Therefore, we are not responsible even if you cannot make a reservation due to full capacity.


8. Handling of personal information
(1) When accepting a travel application, we will acquire the customer's personal information for the prescribed items. It is up to you to select the items of personal information that you provide to us, but if you do not provide all or part of your personal information, we will not be able to contact you or provide travel services. We may not be able to accept your application or request if we are unable to complete the necessary procedures for making arrangements and receiving those services.
(2) We will use the personal information obtained in accordance with the preceding item to contact you, and also to arrange travel services for the trip you have applied for and the procedures for receiving those services. Also, to the extent necessary for the convenience of customers shopping at souvenir shops at travel destinations, personal information acquired in accordance with the preceding item is provided to transportation and accommodation facilities, insurance companies, public offices, and souvenir shops. , and personal data related to the flight number to be boarded will be provided by sending it in advance by electronic means. In addition, the Company may use the personal information obtained in the previous item, the browsing history of the Company’s website, the purchase history, and the personal information such as the behavior history when using the application provided by the Company. (3) Our company may ask for personal information of the contact person during the customer's trip in preparation for illness, accident, etc. during the trip. The customer shall obtain the consent of the contact person to provide the personal information of the contact person to us.
(4) Our company may transfer part or all of the business handling personal information acquired pursuant to (1) of this section to a third party for itinerary management business such as arrangement agency business, tour escort business, and mediation service business at airports, etc. may be entrusted to another person. In this case, we will select the subcontractor based on our standards and deposit personal information after concluding a confidentiality agreement.
(5) We will promptly respond to requests from customers for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, and records provided to third parties.
