(1) When we receive a request from a customer who intends to apply for a travel contract, we will

(3)Customers who wish to apply for a travel contract in accordance with the contents of the plan document delivered to them by our company shall fill out the prescribed items on the application form prescribed by our company and apply for an amount equivalent to 20% of the travel fee. (8) In the event that the person responsible for the contract does not accompany the group/group, the Company will consider the member appointed in advance by the person responsible for the contract to be the person responsible for the contract after the start of the tour.
(9) You cannot make multiple reservations that are not actually available due to the schedule (hereinafter referred to as "duplicate reservations"). 3. Refusal to conclude a contract

We may refuse to conclude a contract in the following cases.

(1) When it is convenient for our business.

(2) When trying to conclude a telecommunications contract, when the customer's credit card is invalid, etc., and part or all of the liability related to the travel fee cannot be settled according to the card member agreement of the affiliated company.

(3) When there is a risk of causing inconvenience to customers' travelers or hindering smooth implementation of group activities.

(4) Participation may be refused if the customer is recognized as a member of an organized crime group, an associate member of an organized crime group, an affiliated member of an organized crime group, a company affiliated with an organized crime group, or a corporate racketeer or other anti-social forces.
(5) Participation may be refused if the customer makes violent demands, makes unreasonable demands, makes threatening statements or uses violence in relation to transactions, or acts equivalent to these. I have.
(6) Participation will be refused if the customer spreads rumors, uses fraudulent means or intimidation to damage the credibility of our company, interferes with our business, or acts equivalent to these. You may.

 

4. Timing of conclusion of contract

(1) The contract will be concluded when we accept the conclusion of the contract and receive the application fee.

(2) Our company may accept applications for contracts based on written special agreements without payment of the application fee. In this case, the contract will come into effect when the special contract document is delivered.

(3) The application fee will be applied to part of the travel fee, cancellation fee, and other money that the customer pays to our company.

(4) Notwithstanding the terms of (1), a communication contract shall be concluded when the Company receives a notice of acceptance from the customer and receives a notice of acceptance of the same application from the customer.

5. Delivery of contract documents

(1) Our company will promptly deliver to the customer a contract document stating the itinerary, details of travel services, travel fees and other travel conditions and matters related to our responsibility after the conclusion of the contract.

(2) When the contract document is delivered, the scope of travel services for which we are obliged to arrange and manage the itinerary under the planned travel contract shall be as stated in the contract document in the preceding paragraph.

6. Issuance of final documents

(1) If the confirmed itinerary or the name of the transportation or accommodation facility cannot be stated in the contract document, after stating the name of the accommodation facility that is planned to be used and the name of the transportation facility that is important for display in the contract document, After delivery of the contract document, the contract until the day before the start date of the tour (if the contract is applied for on or after the 7th day counting back from the day before the start date of the tour, the start date of the tour) By the date specified in the document, we will issue a final document stating these final statuses.

(2) In the preceding paragraph, if there is an inquiry from a customer who wishes to confirm the status of arrangements, the Company will respond promptly and appropriately even before the delivery of the final document.

(3) When a final document is delivered, the scope of travel services for which we are obliged to arrange and manage the itinerary shall be specified as stated in the final document.

7. Timing of Payment of Travel Fees and Change of Travel Fees

(1) The amount of the travel fee will be stated in the planning document for the custom-ordered planning tour. Please pay the travel fee by the date set by our company up to the departure date of the trip.

(2) Regarding the transportation facility to be used, if the applicable fares and charges (hereinafter referred to as "applicable fares and charges") are effective as of the reference date described in the plan document due to significant changes in economic conditions, etc. If the revised fares/charges are significantly higher than the normally expected ones, the travel fee may be increased or decreased by the amount of the difference.
(3) If we increase the tour fee, we will notify you before the 15th day counting back from the day before the tour departure date. You can cancel the contract without paying If the applicable fare/charge is reduced, the travel fee will be reduced by the difference.
(4) In the case where it is stated in the contract document that the travel fee varies depending on the number of people using the transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., the Company shall not be liable for any change in the number of people using the facilities after the conclusion of the contract, regardless of any reason attributable to the Company. In such cases, the amount of the travel fee may be changed according to what is stated in the contract document.

8. Changes to contract details

(1) When a customer requests a change in the content of the contract, we will comply with the customer's request as much as possible. In this case, we may change the tour price.

(2) The Company shall not be liable for acts of God, wars, riots, suspension of travel services provided by transportation/accommodation facilities, etc., orders from public offices, provision of transportation services not based on the original operation plan, or any other reason beyond the Company's control. In such a case, if it is unavoidable in order to ensure the safe and smooth implementation of the tour, we will promptly explain to the customer in advance the reason why the reason cannot be involved and the causal relationship with the reason, The schedule, contents of travel services and other contents of custom-ordered tours are subject to change. However, in case of emergency, if it is unavoidable, we will explain it after the change.

9. Substitution of customers
(1) When a customer requests a change in the content of the contract, we will comply with the customer's request as much as possible. In this case, we may change the tour price.
(2) The Company shall not be liable for acts of God, wars, riots, suspension of travel services provided by transportation/accommodation facilities, etc., orders from public offices, provision of transportation services not based on the original operation plan, or any other reason beyond the Company's control. 10. Cancellation of travel contract

(1) When receiving a planning fee or cancellation fee from the customer

A. The customer may cancel the tour contract by paying the planning fee or cancellation fee stated in the planning document.

B. In the case of cancellation due to reasons such as loans for which we are not responsible, travel procedures, etc., we will charge a cancellation fee described in the plan document.

(2) When the customer does not receive the planning fee or cancellation fee
In the following cases, the customer may cancel the contract without paying the planning fee or cancellation fee before the start of the trip.

B. When there is an important change in the contents of the Tour Contract as exemplified in the left column of the table in Clause 14.

(b) When the travel fee is increased (excluding cases where the customer requests a change in the content of the contract).

(4) The Company shall pay from the portion of the Travel Services for which it is no longer possible to receive the Travel Services to cancellation fees, penalties, and other expenses that have already been paid or are to be paid in the future (the Company ) will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

11. Travel by usTermination of contract

The travel contract may be canceled in the following cases. Refunds are subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

(1) Before starting the trip
A. If the customer does not pay the tour fee by the date specified in the plan document, the customer will be deemed to have canceled the contract on the day following the due date. In this case, the customer must pay to our company the cancellation fee specified in the plan document or a penalty fee equivalent to the plan fee.
B. In any of the following cases, we may cancel the made-to-order tour contract before the start of the tour by explaining the reason to the customer.
a.When the customer is deemed to be unable to endure the trip due to illness, absence of a necessary assistant, or other reasons.
b. When it is recognized that the customer may cause trouble to other travelers or interfere with the smooth implementation of the group tour.
c. When the customer requests a burden that exceeds the reasonable range regarding the content of the contract.
d. When it is extremely likely that the necessary travel conditions such as the amount of snowfall for a trip for the purpose of skiing, etc., that are specified at the time of the contract will not be fulfilled.
e.According to the itinerary described in the contract document in the event of a natural disaster, war, riot, suspension of travel services provided by transportation/accommodation facilities, etc., orders from public offices, or other causes beyond our control. When the customer does not follow the instructions of our company by the tour conductor or other persons for the safe and smooth implementation of the tour, or violates the discipline of group behavior by assaulting or intimidating these persons or other accompanying customers When it disturbs and hinders the safe and smooth implementation of the trip.
c.When it becomes impossible to continue the tour due to natural disasters, wars, riots, suspension of tour services provided by transportation/accommodation facilities, etc., orders from public offices, or other reasons beyond our control.
d. When it turns out that (4) to (6) of "3. Refusal to conclude a contract" apply.
B. If our company cancels the tour contract pursuant to the provisions of (2) a, a and c, we will undertake the necessary arrangements for returning to the departure point at the customer's expense at the customer's request. .

12.tour service

(1) Our company may provide a tour service at the request of the person in charge of the contract. In this case, the tour service fee, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. necessary to accompany the tour conductor's group / group shall be included in the tour price.

(2)In principle, the content of the escort service shall be the work necessary for the safe and smooth implementation of the tour and for group/group activities. In principle, tour conductors work from 8:00 to 20:00.

13. Our Liability

(1) Our company will compensate for the damage if we or our agent intentionally or negligently inflicted damage on the customer.

(2) When the customer suffers damage due to a natural disaster, war, riot, suspension of travel services provided by transportation/accommodation facilities, etc., orders from public offices, or other reasons beyond the control of our company or our agency Except for the case of (1), our company is not responsible for compensating for the damage.

(3) The Company shall notify the Company of any damage caused to baggage within 14 days for domestic travel and within 21 days for overseas travel from the day following the occurrence of the damage. 14. Special SupplementCompensation

(1) Our company will provide the following amount of compensation or pay a gratuity. However, no compensation, etc. will be paid in the case of the reasons specified in Chapter 2 of the travel agency agreement special compensation provisions.
・Death compensation…Overseas travel: 25 million yen, domestic travel: 15 million yen
・Hospitalization compensation…Depending on the number of hospital days, overseas travel: 40,000 to 400,000 yen, domestic travel: 20,000 to 200,000 yen
・Hospital visit money…Depending on the number of hospital visits, overseas travel: 20,000 to 100,000 yen, domestic travel: 10,000 to 50,000 yen
・Compensation for damages related to carry-on items: up to 150,000 yen (However, the limit is 100,000 yen per item subject to compensation.)
(2) Compensation and sympathy for bodily injury or baggage damage for which a date (according to the standard time of the travel destination) is specified in the planned itinerary on which the customer will not receive any travel services related to our arrangements. If it is clearly stated in the contract document that payment will not be made, the day will not be marked as "participating in a custom-ordered organized tour".

15. Itinerary Guarantee

In the event that the travel itinerary is changed as listed in the table below, the amount obtained by multiplying the tour price by the rate specified in the table below according to the contents of the change in accordance with the provisions of the travel agency agreement (part of the custom-ordered planning tour contract) Pay the change compensation fee. However, the amount of change compensation paid for one tour contract shall be limited to 15% of the tour price. 16. Customer Responsibility
(1)    If our company suffers damage due to the customer's intention or negligence, the customer must compensate for the damage.
(2)    The customer must make efforts to understand the rights and obligations of the traveler stated in the contract document and other details of the tour contract by utilizing the information provided by our company.
(3)    If the customer recognizes that the travel services described in the contract document are different from the description after the start of the trip, promptly notify the Company or the travel service provider to that effect at the travel destination. I have to offer.
(4)    In the event that a customer needs to be diagnosed, treated, or otherwise treated by a doctor due to injury, illness, or other reasons while participating in a tour, please follow our company's instructions to ensure the smooth implementation of the tour. increase. 17. Prohibited Acts
Participants shall not engage in the following acts in the contract with us.

20. About health and hygiene
