We introduced sake culture to the family of the owner of a popular Japanese restaurant in Chile with over 30,000 followers.
We recently organized a sake tour departing from Osaka for a family visiting from Chile.
The client is a family that owns a popular Japanese restaurant with over 30,000 followers in the area.
This project was conceived in response to a request from the family, who wanted to learn more about traditional Japanese sake brewing.
In the morning, we visited Kikumasamune Sake Brewery, a place long-established in a corner of Nada Gogo, to observe the work of wooden barrel craftsmen.
We also introduced the historical background of why Nada became a major sake brewing area.
In the afternoon, we were fortunate enough to receive special cooperation from Akishika Sake Brewery, a place normally closed to the public, where we were able to experience an exclusive brewery tour and tasting.

We have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries in recent years regarding sake tours departing from and returning to the Kansai region. Going forward, we will focus on strengthening our partnerships and training guides throughout Japan, with a particular emphasis on the Kansai area.
