Terms of Use
Article 1 (Definitions) "Yukari" refers to all online shops, experience/tour-related websites, and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Iris Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). "Customer" refers to individuals, corporations, and organizations that have approved these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") and applied for the use of the Service in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company, as well as those who have been granted permission to use the Service by the Company. Article 2 (Application of the Service) These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the Customer and the Company regarding the use of the Service. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their name, shall constitute a part of these Terms. Article 3 (Provision of Services) This service provides online shopping, travel services, and related information. In providing this service, we may attach or insert advertisements into emails sent to customers. Article 3 (Changes to Service Content) We may change or suspend the content of this service without prior notice to customers. Furthermore, we may suspend or terminate the entire service by notifying customers on the website, via email, or by other means with a certain notice period. Article 4 (Prohibited Customer Actions) We prohibit the following actions by customers in this service. If we determine that a customer has violated these terms and conditions, we may immediately disqualify that customer from participating in this service and suspend or terminate the provision of services. Acts of registering false information or information belonging to others Criminal acts, or acts that violate or may violate public order and morals Acts that violate these Terms of Service, laws and regulations, or other terms and conditions Acts that infringe on the copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of our company, other customers, or third parties Acts of defamation or libel against other customers or third parties Acts that cause harm to other customers or third parties Acts of sending information to our company while impersonating another person Acts of sending or writing harmful computer programs, etc. Lending, transferring, or reselling passwords to third parties, or Sharing with a third party A customer submitting multiple membership registration applications Soliciting for organizations, services, or activities that we deem unrelated to this service Belonging to or having a relationship with anti-social forces or organizations that engage in anti-social activities Transactions between customers outside of this service based on information posted on this service Using information of other customers obtained through this service for purposes other than the use of this service, or providing it to a third party, without the explicit consent of the customer in question Other actions that we deem similar to the above Furthermore, in our discretion, we deem it appropriate to deny or otherwise restrict access to the information. Article 5 (Use of Customer Information) Registration information will be used by us for providing services to customers on this service and for personal authentication in customer services. By completing the application, the customer is deemed to have consented to receiving emails and viewing posted information on this service. We may create and use various statistical data based on customer information. We may also conduct various surveys and collect opinions from customers. The copyright to opinions and information posted by customers within this service via email, etc., belongs to our company. We may use this information in articles in our publications, etc., after processing it to ensure that individuals cannot be identified. Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc. of Application Information) If a participant requests disclosure or deletion of their personal information, we will verify the identity of the requester using appropriate methods, such as checking the application information, before responding. Customers agree to use all services and information at their own risk. We do not guarantee that this service will be free from defects, errors, or malfunctions, that the information obtained from this service will be accurate, or that the services, information, and posting periods obtained through this service will meet customer expectations. Article 9 (Changes and Approval of Terms) We may change, add to, or delete these Terms at any time without obtaining customer consent. We will consider customer notification and customer consent to these changes/deletions at the time they are posted on this service. Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office. Article 11 (Business Hours and After-Hours Support) The service desk's business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM Japan time (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during the New Year's holiday period (December 30th to January 5th)). Non-interactive communications received outside of business hours will be treated as received on the next business day. (This includes handling of requests regarding transactions, including contract termination.)
