Tokyo, Asakusa Kinohana Brewery 2025

We conducted a half-day tour for a family from Guatemala, combining a walk through Asakusa with a visit to the Konohana Brewery.

The family, consisting of 10 people, was scheduled to board a cruise ship that would call at various ports throughout Japan, and we arranged their itinerary, including port-of-call tours.

As a start to their trip, they expressed a desire to visit a sake brewery as a memorable part of their Tokyo experience, and this program was realized as a result.

Currently living in Spain, they are already familiar with sake, but they were all very interested in seeing the fermentation process and temperature control procedures firsthand.

During the tasting, they compared three types of sake: two types of doburoku (unrefined sake) and one type of sumi-zake (clear sake), in order to experience the depth of Japanese sake.

We aim to regularly hold these easy-to-participate-in half-day tours during stays in Tokyo, and will continue to develop new content in the future.
