Kyushu/Okinawa Area 2025
We were responsible for arranging the itinerary and providing tour escort services for the "Influencer-Oriented Shochu Brewery Tour" organized by the Japan Sake Brewers Association. (Kyushu/Okinawa area)
This project aimed to raise international awareness of Japanese alcoholic beverages and provide educational opportunities for overseas experts. It consisted of two parts: a tour for sommeliers visiting sake breweries (five participants) and a tour for bartenders visiting shochu and awamori distilleries (five participants).
こちらでは九州・沖縄エリアでのバーテンダー向け焼酎・泡盛ツアーについてご紹介いたします。
■ バーテンダー向け焼酎・泡盛ツアー（九州・沖縄エリア）
参加者は、忠孝酒造／宮里酒造所／瑞穂酒造／沖縄県酒造組合／石川酒造場／国分酒造／若潮酒造／松露酒造／小玉醸造／渡邊酒造場を訪問しました。
参加者からは、焼酎や泡盛の多様性・香味構造に対する新たな理解が得られたほか、「今後、店舗での提案やカクテル開発、消費者教育に活かしたい」といった前向きな意見が多く寄せられました。
弊社としては、これらの経験を通じて得られた知見をもとに、今後もプロフェッショナル向けの酒類教育プログラムの設計や現地蔵元との連携強化を進めてまいります。
